Lobster Trap Christmas Tree – Buoys Now On Sale!

The beloved Lobster Trap Christmas Tree tradition is back in Saint Andrews.

Buoys are now available for purchase at The Herring, Water Street
Price: $30 each (new buoys) or sponsor an existing buoy

Every buoy helps support local families.
All proceeds go to:
• Saint Andrews Open Door Program
• St. Stephen Food Bank
• St. George Food Bank

Since this community tradition began, over $76,500 has been raised to support food banks during the holiday season. That impact comes directly from the generosity of the people who paint, purchase, and sponsor buoys.

Key Dates
• Buoys available starting: November 10 at 12 PM
• Tree setup: November 26
• Tree lighting celebration: November 28 at 5:30 PM

How to participate

1. Pick up your buoy at The Herring

2. Paint or decorate it (get creative, involve the family, make it yours)

3. Bring it back to be added to the tree

4. Or sponsor an already painted buoy
